Two Locals awarded prestigious Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships

Federal Member for Mitchell, Alex Hawke MP, congratulates two Mitchell residents on being awarded the prestigious 2014 Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships to undertake study, research and professional development overseas.

Mr Michael Haughey was awarded the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Outgoing Postgraduate Scholarship to study Electrical Engineering in Singapore.

Miss Alison Maniego was awarded the Endeavour Research Fellowship to study Biochemistry and Cell Biology in France.

“This is a great achievement for them both, a testimony of their hard work and dedication to further develop their studies overseas, said Alex Hawke
