Diwali in Parliament House

Celebrating Deepavali with the Hindu Council Australia in the Great Hall at Parliament House! This festival of Lights symbolises the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance.

 

It was fantastic to celebrate alongside distinguished guests, including Indian High Commissioner His Excellency Gopal Baglay, as well as numerous vibrant Hindu community groups. A big thank you to Sai Paravastu, president of the Hindu Council of Australia for the warm invitation and for your outstanding contributions to our community.
